Inside Our Home
Welcome into our home.  Here's Justine relaxing in my chair in the living room with her cat cloe.
Inside Our Home
2 of Justine's trophies.  The plaques read "Chicken Mom of the Year". She gets one each Christmas from Santa Claus. These are from 1998 and 1999.
Inside Our Home
Baby asleep on the sofa.  Justine made the "chicken" throw pillows.
Inside Our Home
Our stereo system in the living room.  I was a Country Dance Hall D.J. several nights a week for about three years and collected  lots of music. I used to pre-mix and cut tapes at home for use in the clubs.
Inside Our Home
We redecorated the bathroom last summer (2000). Justine did a lot of the work and stenciled the flowers on the wall.  Halfway up the wall is white wood panelling.
Inside Our Home
We installed a new countertop and sink. I mounted a 4 foot wide mirror over the whole counter and installed a bank of 8 "globe" lights above that.
Inside Our Home
One end of the kitchen counter right after a marathon session of egg washing. We have so much cabinet space we tend to loose things in them.
Inside Our Home
This is what the bedroom used to look like until March, 2001.  Justine decided to redo the room while I was gone to Kansas City for a week for my real job. See below for the results.
Inside Our Home
Justine pulled down all the paneling and wall moldings, painted the walls white and new molding sky blue, stenciled roses around the ceiling, and made the blue check curtains.  All I got to do was install the molding and lay the new carpet. (3/01)
Inside Our Home
Right after I installed the new carpet.  The floor molding isn't installed yet and the sliding closet doors have been removed to get the carpet down under them. (3/01)
