We
knew Summer was pregnant and close to kidding. Yesterday morning,
Justine was looking out the back window with the binoculars and said
Summer's gonna have her kid today. She was right. She gave birth
to Julie at 3:30 PM at the north east corner of the new barn.
Justine got impatient and helped her out a bit. The absence of
grass is due to our new septic tank and the triple drain line they
buried alongside the barn.

She was standing in less
than 5 minutes

Cleaning her up

"Sniff, sniff"
|

"Look Mommy, no feathers!!"
|

"Oh Mommy, quit pushing!!"
|

"I think it's back here
somewhere..."
|

"I found it, I found it !!!"
|

"Mommy, that was hard work.
I need a nap now..."
