Mowing the Pasture
Chick
15 June 2000

Justine loves to mow (thank goodness!).  She'll gas up the tractor, clip on her walkman and headphones, pop in a Frank Sinatra tape and mow all day.   We've had a LOT of rain this past month, and the pasture really needed mowing. She was almost done when I got home from work and snapped these photos.  This particular 90f degree day, she didn't give the June Texas sun enough credit and got toasted.  It was fun rubbing her down with sunburn cream later.  :o)

The tractor is an 18.5HP MTD Yard Machine with 46 inch 3-blade deck.  (Justine's mowing wardrobe provided by US Army)
