Stinky, the pygmy goat
baby does fall asleep. We took her one day and they told us not to come
back without her. The patients (and staff) get the biggest kick out
of her. |

This is the really painful part!!
It's necessary to maintain
functional ROM (Range of Motion). JeanAnne, the Physical Therapist,
moves the arm around until I yell... I take a pain pill before going
to Therapy each time. |

"gait" belt is for someone to keep me upright while I try to walk. |
The prosthesis they created
for me at the hospital. It keeps my foot/toes from dragging the ground
when I try to walk. |
Keeping my ankle/foot muscles
from atrophying or getting too stiff. |
A 5 pound weight added
to increase resistance. |

The stationary bicycle
for 15 minutes. The 4 'footed' cane is pretty wobbly, but I'm getting used
to it. I've only fallen a few times in the past week. |
Assistant Sylvia helps
me to the car when it's over for another day. |
