It was such a pretty day,
sunny and in the 70's, that we decided to let the kids come in the yard
and play. Little Bill, the daddy, was having a fit trying to get into the
yard. |
Bonnets twin kids are less
than 24 hours old. We named them Pepe (the black one) after Pepe LePew,
the cartoon skunk, and George W., after President George W. Bush. |
We put a few drops of green
food coloring on George W's head so we could tell the white kids apart
and Bonnet got some on her side. |
I think her babies are
getting tired. She turned out to be a great mom and she's constantly watching
over them. |
Here's Pepe, the only female
of the 5 babies.
She has blue eyes
like here momma. |
This is "Prancer", one
of Daisy's Christmas triplets that we're raising in the house on a bottle.
He was so weak when born that he couldn't even hold his head up, but he's
doing great now ! |
This is "Donder", another
of the Christmas triplets.
Donder means "Thunder"
in German. |
This one is "Blitzen" the
last of the triplets.
Blitzen means "Lightning"
in German. |
Donder looks like he's
getting tired from all the excitement. |
Donder and Blitzen wore
out and ready for a nap. |
